PR 11, also known as Parmal Rice 11 is a long grain premium Non-Basmati Rice. It is non-sticky after cooking and has uniform grain size. The average grain length of PR11 is about 6.90 MM – 7 MM which elongates 1.5 times if cooked well.

Brown Rice is often considered as a healthy diet coz of its nutrients and health benefits.

Compared to white Rice, Brown Rice is less processed. While white Rice is processed to remove its hull (a hard protective covering), bran and germ, Brown Rice is only processed to remove its hull and bran & germ (filled with nutrients) are left untouched.

This makes Brown Rice healthier when compared to white rice. Dieticians often prescribe Brown Rice in the heathy diet plans.

Broken rice is fragments of rice grains, broken in the field, during drying, during transport, or by milling. Mechanical separators are used to separate the broken grains from the whole grains and sort them by size.
